Biography
Deniz Alkaç is a media entrepreneur and executive producer, and the founder of 10/10, an international film studio at the intersection of advertising and entertainment.
Deniz began his career at 15, working as a producer at a radio station in Hilversum, the media capital of the Netherlands, making him one of the youngest people ever to work in those studios. At 16, he joined Dutch broadcaster BNN's talent program while writing a bi-weekly column on new media for NRC Handelsblad, one of the Netherlands' leading newspapers. At 17, he joined Radio 538, the Netherlands' largest commercial radio station, before launching Bruut Amsterdam, the first Dutch content agency focused entirely on online video.
Bruut grew into one of the Netherlands' leading content agencies, earning Cannes Lions recognition, being named one of the country's fastest-growing companies, and receiving multiple national accolades. In 2021, Deniz was named to the DeMedia100, the annual ranking of the Netherlands' most influential media executives. At the end of 2023, after years of double-digit growth and ten years at the helm, he chose to let the company be acquired.
In May 2024, he launched 10/10. Driven by the power of the image and guided by taste and cultural fluency, the studio is a home for directors with a distinct artistic voice, bringing together the finest creative talent across Europe and beyond. Guided by the motto "Average is Our Enemy," 10/10 produces culture-defining films and campaigns for brands and artists across multiple continents. In 2026, the studio won gold at Cannes in the category Innovation with a campaign for Renault produced with Publicis.
Deniz is at his best when the stakes are high and the creative ambition is even higher. He has served twice as executive producer for the Dutch delegation's Eurovision Song Contest music videos, with elements from the 2025 video concept later integrated into the live stage performance. He led fast-turnaround government health campaigns during the COVID pandemic and collaborated in Hollywood with industry heavyweights like Scooter Braun on original formats for global platforms.
He thrives in strategic and complex situations, bringing a digital-native mindset, sharp decision-making, strong negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to shaping contemporary visual culture through bold, international collaboration.
